Overcoming Life's Obstacles is a Project

Recently, I presented "Breaking Through Walls" at Yellow Ribbon programs sponsored by the Oregon Army National Guard. While their soldiers are deployed to another country, the family members left home have a huge challenge: how to cope with loneliness, while keeping things as "normal" as possible at home.
